Building a pipeline with innovation projects is a sport in itself.

It requires firstly, a vision of the future of both technology and the market.

Secondly, not all projects are suitable for tackling. That depends on the organization and its peculiarities.

Thirdly, the human aspect needs special attention. Setting up an innovation pipeline implies chosing product leadership as a strategy. Product leadership requires a different mentality than, for example, cost leadership. Cost leadership is often the preferred strategy of packaging companies. 

We have a lot of experience with all three aspects and are happy to transfer our knowledge and skills to others.
